During this gathering, we explored self-care practices such as meditation, biodance, and mindful silence, strengthening the connection between body, mind, and spirit. This space offered an opportunity to nurture both personal and collective well-being, promoting a more conscious, balanced, and healthy life from the heart of our communities.
