For Agrolíbano, the well-being of employees and their families is key to sustainability, which is why it implements the Unidos Crecemos program, which arises from the study of the business IPM that has allowed it to identify the main challenges to transform in order to achieve better living conditions.
Among the main challenges identified are, in the health dimension, the risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases. In response, the Healthy Families axis was designed, which in its first stage has a training and personalized support program on Conscious Eating, aimed at comprehensive well-being. This process of 8 workshops and 5 personalized sessions ended on December 2, achieving the participation of 104 people between collaborators and family members. Although it is the first stage, testimonies of change towards a better health condition are already revealed.
In this way, we are moving forward in transforming challenges into opportunities for the well-being of employees and their families, with the aim of becoming a company free of multidimensional poverty, contributing to SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 16, and 17.
