Conscious Leadership

Liderazgo consciente contributes to strengthening the organizational and leadership capacities of community-based organizations, promoting inclusive and proactive participation in the management of community development, based on a culture of peace and environmental sustainability. To this end, leadership is strengthened, the development of comprehensive community development plans is encouraged through projects with equity and accountability, rural banks are strengthened, and the care and protection of forests, water, and soil is promoted in rural communities in southern Honduras, where 89% of families live in multidimensional poverty. This program contributes to the sustainability of community development.
