Residents of the San Agustín community benefit from a comprehensive brigade

Agrolíbano Foundation, in alliance with Honduras Outreach Inc. (H.O.I.) and the Grace Presbyterian Church mission in the U.S.A., is bringing a brigade that for the second time is providing comprehensive care to the community of San Agustín in the municipality of Namasigüe, in coordination with the committee of living forces, the Rural Savings and Credit Bank “La Luz” and the leadership of the health committee.

This brigade directly benefits 18 families by improving their homes with the construction of washable latrines and healthy floors, 150 people receive primary eye health care provided by optometrists; in addition, with activities aimed at spiritual growth aimed at children and youth, the proper use of social networks and the prevention of bullying, among others, are promoted. This contributes to SDGs 1, 3, 4, 6 and 17.
