Strengthening the capacities of the Agrolíbano Foundation team

The Agrolíbano Foundation concludes a process of strengthening the capacities of its team, with a workshop in which playful methodologies were reinforced as a learning tool, the context was reflected on from a systemic perspective, the topic of peace culture was addressed, as well as conflict management and how these can be transformed into learning to generate opportunities.

This process, facilitated by Emóvere, is complemented by workshops developed in 8 communities, ending this weekend with leaders from the Buena Fe and El Espino communities. The community process, in which 91 people participated, took place through 4 modules on communication, organization, and community participation for comprehensive development, from a systemic approach. This action is aligned with SDGs 1 and 16, by contributing to the reduction of multidimensional poverty with the commitment of community organizations to promote community development from a culture of peace.
