Order of Malta donation is distributed to comprehensive early childhood care centres and educational centres.

To contribute to the prevention of malnutrition in 18 communities in Valle and Choluteca, approximately 500 children under 5 years of age benefit from the donation of 7,700 pounds of rice with soy during monthly sessions to monitor the growth and development of children, all with the support of the Order of Malta Association.

Likewise, 3,000 students and 134 teachers, community leaders and volunteers in general received bottles with alcohol gel, to have supplies to maintain the daily practice of hand disinfection.

Thus contributing to Sustainable Development Goals #2, #3, #4 and #17, by contributing to the prevention of malnutrition, and to educational processes on biosecurity practices, in alliance with multiple stakeholders.
