The project “Improvement of Water Capture and Purification in the city of Choluteca” is inaugurated

The project has been possible thanks to the participation and contributions of valuable allies such as the Water Governance Program of Region 13 of the Gulf of Fonseca, the company Aguas de Choluteca and the Agrolíbano Foundation, with the technical and financial support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation COSUDE.

This project will benefit 115,000 residents of the city of Choluteca, as it contributes to achieving universal and equitable access to drinking water and therefore to health, to reducing inequalities and decreasing multidimensional poverty, with the participation of multiple actors, thus contributing to SDGs 1, 3, 6, 10, 16 and 17.
