Shaping the future: equipping adolescents with essential life skills

In 7 public schools, in coordination with the teaching staff, 279 adolescents (156 girls and 123 boys) in seventh, eighth and ninth grade received educational talks on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancies. The talks addressed topics such as self-esteem and emotional health, sexual and reproductive rights and responsible sexual behavior, thereby contributing to strengthening life skills and promoting conscious decision-making. This initiative contributes to the goals of SDGs 3, 4, 5 and 17.
