Strengthening food security through the implementation of good practices in the breeding of minor species.

The Agrolíbano Foundation trains 50 families to prepare concentrates and vaccinate native birds, with the aim of obtaining better results in the breeding of smaller species, and thus contribute to improving the nutrition of families.

This action is carried out with families who recently built chicken coops suitable for animal health and environmental hygiene through the “Yard Plan” initiative, integrating food security and healthy housing strategies that are implemented as part of the Healthy Families program, thus contributing to SDGs 2, 3, 15 and 17.
