Grupo agrolíbano launches “unidos crecemos 2025” survey to support employee well-being

Grupo agrolíbano has launched the “unidos crecemos 2025” survey in partnership with the international firm wise responder, as part of its ongoing commitment to the holistic development of its employees. This confidential tool is being implemented across various work sites with the goal of understanding the realities our teams face in areas such as health, housing, education, income, and access to services. Based on the results, an action plan will be developed to guide the next phases of the unidos crecemos program, ensuring more relevant and effective initiatives. This effort strengthens our people-centered management model and aligns with sdgs 1, 3, 8, and 10.
