Promotion of cytology for early detection of cervical cancer in Agrolíbano farms

A total of 139 female employees underwent cytology tests for the early detection of cervical cancer on Agrolíbano's melon farms located in the departments of Valle and Choluteca. The collection of cytology samples marks the culmination of a promotional campaign that reached 1,576 employees, of which 56% are women and 44% men, highlighting the importance of men becoming agents of change in support of women's health. This initiative contributes to SDG 3 by ensuring access to sexual and reproductive health services, including information and education.
